In this week’s round-up we take a look at some ways you can get healthier in 2021 – both physically and financially.

Welcome to this week’s round-up, I hope you have had a fun and productive week.

As we move into the middle of January, you may still be thinking “New Year, new me”. Don’t be fooled by the adverts you’ll be seeing on the TV for well-known weight “management” brands (one that rhymes with ‘Broom’ springs to mind). All you need to do is keep an eye on what you’re eating and make sure that you’re doing some exercise. You don’t need to go on a fad diet or cut out your favourite foods, you just need to keep an eye on the amount of food you’re eating and exercise accordingly. With that in mind we have some tips on how you can become stronger with strength training, and a simple 4 week weight loss workout plan that doesn’t require any special equipment, just the willpower to stick with the free course for four weeks.
