If a customer thinks about a brand more, they’re more likely to consider that brand when they want a product. Someone who follows the Wendy’s Twitter feed, for example, is more likely to go to that restaurant when they’re hungry, rather than their competitors.
Live Streams And Videos
Another way to directly communicate with your customers is by using videos and live streams. Some people connect better to a company when they see a spokesperson, traditional television advertisements worked this way, and videos and live streams can be even more effective.
