Communication Nation has an excellent post on dealing with frustration at work. Which is quite appropriate as I’ve had 3 people “doing a letter c” on me this week.

Weekly Wallpaper #4 – Let It Snow!
Here's your weekly wallpaper. I know it's not Friday but I'm off on holiday tomorrow (hoorah - first holiday in 8 years!) and I wanted to check the advanced posting feature I've implemented works, so here it goes!

You’re frustrated. Somebody, somewhere in your organization has done something that made you mad. They made extra work for you; or they didn’t do something that they were supposed to do, or maybe they said something rude.

  1. “Perfect! I’ve had a crap week, involving several 6am starts, to fix other people’s mistakes. I’ve had enough, and today complained to my boss. Not sure who’s to blame – but if I did, they’d have been lashed-at, email’d, vented upon, et al.

    PS: What’s “”doing a letter ‘c\'””?”
