Thank A Teacher Today!

How are you? I hope you’ve had a fun and productive week.

Today is World Teachers Day which was set up by UNESCO to commemorate the anniversary of teachers being set responsibilities and standards in their roles.

I thought I’d pop in to your inbox to remind you to thank a teacher today. That may be a teacher at your kids school, a teacher you used to have at school or someone that is teaching (or mentoring) you now.

Remember that teachers come in all shapes and forms – they may be present in a formal classroom setting, or they might be a co-worker that is teaching you to use a new bit of software.

As I’m not in school and I don’t have co-workers as such I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you guys for continually teaching me to be a better person, try new things and continue to grow – and I’m not being sappy, I do mean it!

So reach out to one of your teachers today and say a little unexpected “thank you” to them.
