Because there’s nothing like the start of a new year to get you thinking about the positive changes that you want to put in place. And it’s definitely a good time to be working on some personal development too. Because right now, you’re likely to be in good spirits, and you’re excited about what the new year is going to bring your way. For some people, they’ll want to focus on purely career improvements, while others will be all about the changes to their health. However, there’s no reason why 2018 can’t be the year that you start to learn a little more too.

And not just fiction either. While stories can engage your mind and allow you to switch off, opting for a wide range of reading material is how you’re going to be able to benefit the most.
