You have to remember that if you are stressed about losing weight or toning up and it takes over your life, elevated levels of the stress hormone cortisol will cause problems in the long run. In fact, learning how to relax is an amazing way to make sure that you are not overeating or stress eating, but it will also make you think about the important things in life.
