Bread makers are very versatile, you can make all sorts of breads, from basic white bread to more complicated recipes like sweet, french or sourdough. And if you’re gluten-free, there’s no need to worry, as there are now many bread makers that can make gluten-free bread.

All you need is the right bread maker, some flour, water, sugar, salt, and yeast and you are good to go. Just put all the ingredients in the bread pan in sequence, select the cycle and press start. In a couple of hours, you will have a fresh loaf of bread.

There are measurements and instructions on the user guide. Every brand has its own methods, but the measures may differ; follow the measures stated, but always start with the wet ingredients and end with the dry ones.
