1. Leave your phone on the nightstand

When you wake up every morning, you should make it a habit to not stare at your phone as soon as you open your eyes. Even if you find that scrolling through Instagram or even your emails helps you stay awake in the morning, it is not a good habit and it can make you forget which things you needed to get done first thing in the morning.

The most important meal of the day for many is definitely breakfast and it can truly help you fuel up and stay away from cravings and blood sugar drops during the entire day. Breakfast doesn’t have to take long to prepare and it shouldn’t be something you avoid because you fear it will take crucial time out of your day.
