Not really webmaster-related but useful if you want to host your own website on your home pc or download something to your own computer whilst at work.

Find out the RGB and Hex value of any colour visible on your screen

An excellent Free HTML editor that copes brilliantly with ASP Support. Not too good with PHP though

PHP Designer

A very good PHP coding program although the auto-tag completion is a bit irritating

Firefox Web Developer Extensions

View blocked page source, disable CSS & JavaScript, manipulate forms and generally break websites

Measure distances on your screen – for free!
