We're looking into using Mind mapping at work as a means of capturing customer requirements when we're onsite and then using this mind map to draw up a Technical Requirements Specification. I was asked to write up a list of software as I'd had quite a bit of experience trailing different mind mapping products.
Below is a list of some of the software I found. If any one has any more (preferably free) ideas, please post a comment!

There's a free Webinar from the "Man" himself on the 10th October at 10am PDT.
In it, he talks about mindmapping (and more specifically MindManager) and "Getting Things Done"
Registration is free - I'm thinking of signing up but I have a nasty feeling that 10am PDT is about 3am in the UK (Can anyone confirm this please?!).

Quite a few people have been talking about mindmapping recently (you may have to register for the 43 Folders Google Group) and how it can help with implementation of projects and also GTD. I haven't listened to the Podcast yet, but as it's from The Podcast Network's fantastic Personal Productivity Show I know it's going to be excellent.
Check out the Podcast with Chuck Frey on Innovation Tools.
It's certainly going on the top of my "to listen to" list this weekend.
