I hate web accessibility standards

It would seem that in my efforts to make my blog more accessible and remove errors created by external javascripts (that run Adsense and Chikita), the adverts disappeared from my site due to the "<[[Cdata]]>" tag - gargh!

Anyway, I'm not dead (yet), survived my trip to London and managed to get home again - no thanks to my Sat Nav system.
On the way there it decided that I wanted to go home (an hour into my journey - thanks buddy) and on the way home it seemed to think that I lived on the
Isle of Dogs (which is weird as my Dad's side of the family are from there orginally). Still, I managed to navigate my way around London on my own with no map and made it back safely.
I took loads of photos when we did the real tourist bus trip and boat trip, how many came out I don't know as I'm a crap photographer but we'll see.
I'm gearing down now as I get two weeks off work starting Friday. It'll be my first complete two weeks off for a couple of years (if not more) and I don't really know what I'm going to do with myself.
One thing I'm going to
definitely do is write the next post in the "
Managing Web Projects Series" which will be about the web development. I've a few ideas floating around but it's such a large subject (worthy of it's own series really) that I'm trying to split it and cut it down into a more managable chunk. Thanks to all of you who have linked to it or written to me saying how much you're enjoying it - I haven't forgotten and it will be finished!
Part of the lack of posting is also due to a severe bout of procrastination I'm going through at the moment. I think because I'm slowing down at work this is impacting on other aspects of my life so my apologies - normal service will be resumed shortly I promise!
