Chemical 'bomb plot' in UK foiled

I've just heard on the radio that T.V Stations in America are reporting that UK Police have foiled a gas attack here in the U.K.
Apparently, suspects were attempting to buy
osmium tetroxide, which can cause asphixation and burn the corneas, on the Internet (where else) but the plan was foiled by US and UK forces monitoring conversations between the suspects.
The
BBC seem to be playing down the story but interestingly
MSNBC reports that the ABC News Network were running the story yesterday.
So we're having to get our news from the Yanks now are we? Fantastic. I can understand that the Government don't want to cause a mass panic but somehow I think we Brits are slightly above all that hysteria - or it's nice to think we are at least.
I'm slightly worried though that I almost ordered some osmium tetroxide by accident - whoops, bet MI5 are on to me now
